Terms of Service for Compact Information Modules

1. Introduction

Welcome to InfosLabAir. These Terms of Service govern your use of our services, information products, and goods provided under the theme of Compact Information Modules.

2. Services

2.1 Scope: Our services include consulting sessions, workshops, and tailored training modules delivered in person or online.

2.2 Scheduling and Rescheduling: Clients may request to reschedule a service at least 7 days before the scheduled date. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

2.3 Service Fees and Refunds: Service fees are due upon booking. Refund requests must be submitted at least 7 days before the service date to qualify for a full refund of the amount paid. No refunds are available for services booked within 7 days of the scheduled date due to resource allocation and planning requirements.

3. Information Products

3.1 Scope: Information products include digital modules, tutorials, and research reports offered for download or online access.

3.2 Access and Delivery: Products are delivered instantly upon purchase.

3.3 Refunds: Customers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase provided they have not accessed or downloaded the product. To request a refund, contact our support team via the Contact Us Form. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days of approval.

4. Goods

4.1 Scope: Goods include physical products related to Compact Information Modules.

4.2 Returns: Unused goods in original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Upon receipt and inspection, approved returns will be refunded within 10 business days.

4.3 Exchanges: Customers may exchange goods within the 30-day period based on availability.

5. General Refund Policy

5.1 Processing: All approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

5.2 Provider Cancellation: If InfosLabAir cancels a service, clients may choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.

5.3 Exceptions: Certain bespoke or on-demand services where materials or resources are allocated immediately are non-refundable. These conditions are clearly stated at the time of booking.
